MAINTSUPP coordinates repairs, planned maintenance, compliance and store works for commercial premises, from one kiosk in a London shopping centre to a portfolio across the UK, through one contact and a vetted contractor network.
Who we help

Stores where a shutter that will not lift is a day of lost trade.

Units inside a landlord's estate, with permits and out-of-hours access.

Sites where compliance paperwork is inspected, not just filed.

Long opening hours, heavy equipment and plant that runs all day.

Portfolios too small for an in-house team and too large to wing it.
Typically 5–50 locations spread across regions on a monthly plan — and single shops and kiosks in London, one job at a time.
What we offer
Intake, triage, contractor assignment, quote control, attendance chasing and verified close-out.
Recurring service schedules, work orders, attendance monitoring and follow-up actions.
Certificate register, due-date reminders, provider booking, document chasing and remedial tracking. Inspections and certificates are carried out by competent certified providers.
Kiosk moves, refreshes, signage and multi-trade works, each separately scoped and quoted.
Monthly KPI, spend, ageing and compliance reporting across the portfolio.

The operating problem
| Without Maintsupp | With Maintsupp |
|---|---|
| No single owner — chasing trades yourself | One accountable contact who owns every job |
| Compliance risk — expired certificates found too late | Certificate register with 90/60/30-day reminders |
| Fragmented contractors and one-off searches | Vetted, scored contractor panel by trade and region |
| No visibility of what was actually done | Photo evidence, reports and verified close-out |
| Scattered spend across invoices and emails | One monthly report: jobs, spend, compliance status |
What this replaces
MAINTSUPP is not another system to keep up to date alongside the ones you already have. It takes over the work those were standing in for.
A live job register every site and contractor writes to, with photographs and costs against each job.
One intake form, one reference per fault, and one thread that holds the whole history of it.
Someone whose job is the chasing: quotes controlled, attendance followed up, close-out evidenced before a job is closed.
A named coordinator for the portfolio — with no salary, no laptop and no gap when they take leave.
A register with 90/60/30-day reminders, the provider booked, and remedial work tracked to completion.
A portal included with the coordination fee, with a login for every store that needs one.
Keeping a system you already pay for is fine — several clients keep their own asset database and let Maintsupp write into it. What does not stay is the version of it that only exists in one person’s inbox.
How it works
Follow every job from report to result — reporting, assignment, tracking and analysis in one place. Step through the seven stages to see who does what and what the system records.

The site logs the requirement with location, photographs, urgency and access information. A reference is issued immediately.
Swipe the panel, or use the arrows.
Your contractors or ours
Coming to MAINTSUPP does not mean replacing your contractors. Bring the ones who already know your sites, use our vetted panel where you have no cover, and run both through one process — with one report at the end of the month.
Keep the trades who already know your sites.
Cover for the trade, the region or the hour you have nobody for.
Most portfolios run a mix, and the split is yours to set — per trade, per region or per site, changed whenever you want it changed. Whichever panel a contractor comes from, they invoice you directly at their own agreed rates: the coordination fee is the only thing Maintsupp charges for.
Join the Maintsupp network — tell us your trades, the areas you cover and your accreditations, and attach your insurance. Approved contractors get jobs and alerts in the MAINTSUPP app.
Pricing
Contractors invoice you directly at their agreed rates — we never mark up trades. You pay one clear coordination fee.

Repairs and compliance together, plus a quarterly portfolio review.

Compliance administration is also available on its own, where repairs are already handled — from £55 per store / month, portfolios of five sites and above.
Case study
A UK fragrance retailer with 27 stores and kiosks needed one accountable contact for every repair, compliance date and store project. MAINTSUPP runs intake and triage, assigns vetted contractors, chases attendance, verifies completion with photo evidence, and reports monthly on jobs, spend and compliance status.

Straight answers
The questions we are asked before every portfolio review, answered the way we answer them on the call.
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. MAINTSUPP is a coordination and control layer. We source, vet, assign and performance-manage independent trade contractors according to your portfolio, trade and region.
Yes. In London a single shop, kiosk, restaurant or office can book one job — a repair, an electrician, a kiosk install or removal, a strip-out — and each job is quoted before work starts. The monthly coordination plans are for portfolios of five sites and above.
Yes, for commercial premises in London. Call 07852 224644 at any hour. We tell you the realistic attendance time before you commit, send a vetted contractor to make the site safe, and arrange the permanent repair. Office hours for everything else are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.
Yes. Contractor depth is strongest in London and the South East, and regional coverage is mobilised for each client’s wider UK portfolio, prioritised by where your sites cluster. We will tell you plainly which regions are established and which are still being built before you commit sites.
We do not advertise nationwide employed engineers, guaranteed same-day UK coverage or a guaranteed arrival time. The 24-hour emergency line is for commercial premises in London. Outside London, where dedicated coverage is still being established, urgent work is handled through controlled interim sourcing rather than left unmanaged — and we tell you which is which before you commit sites.
Yes — your contractors or ours, and most portfolios run a mix. Existing contractors are retained subject to onboarding: insurance, qualifications, documentation and the same performance expectations everyone on the panel works to, at the rates you have already agreed with them. Where you have no cover for a trade, a region or an hour, we source from the vetted panel instead. The split is yours to set and yours to change.
The standard starting model is that the contractor invoices you directly for technical work, and MAINTSUPP invoices its coordination fee separately. Alternative arrangements need separate agreement.
No responsible provider can guarantee every fault is fixed on the first attendance. What we can do is improve the odds through better site data, photographs and asset records before anyone travels.
Typically one to two weeks, depending on portfolio size, the quality of your site data, contractor coverage in your regions and any integrations required.
Coordination is priced per store per month and every rate is published on this page — Essential from £65 per store, Complete from £100 per store, falling as the portfolio grows. It includes four coordinated jobs per store per month, pooled across the whole portfolio, so a bad month at one site doesn't cost you extra. Projects, kiosk works and out-of-hours escalation are scoped and quoted separately, and contractors invoice you directly for the technical work. Our minimum portfolio is five sites for a monthly plan; a one-off job in London is quoted individually. Your final quote is confirmed at the free portfolio review.
Then the monthly plan is not for you yet, and we'd rather say so than take the fee. Our minimum is five sites — below that the coordination cost outweighs what you'd save. In London you can still use us for one-off jobs, each quoted before work starts. If you're opening more this year, come back to us about a plan when you reach five.
Yes. Approved users submit a structured request with site, fault type, urgency, photographs and access details. Permissions and approval rules are set during onboarding.
